Installing:

Put the "Fed-s" folder in the same directory as stvoyhm.exe, NOT BaseEF

/BaseEF

Commands:
Once you are in the game, you can enter any of the cvars by opening the console and entering "/g_[cvar] [value]",
or add the cvars to your server .bat/.cfg

See the notes at the bottom of this page for some dmflags options

g_AmmoRegen (default: 0) [0-1]
0 = normal gameplay, 1 = ammo regenerates 1 unit per second

g_AmmoRespawn (default: 40)
time in seconds until ammo respawns on a map after being picked up

g_ArmourRespawn (default: 20)
time in seconds until armour respawns on a map after being picked up

g_BanHealthArmour (default: 0) [0/31] (add up the ones you don't want spawning on the map)
1 = item_armor_shard

Door (func_door) and Platform (func_plat) Commands
change sounds and other properties of these items, check the notes at the bottom for more options

0 = standard doors, 1 = fixes the doors so they dont "jitter" when opening and closing

g_DoorSoundsStart (default: "")
sound to play when doors open, full filename required

g_DoorSoundsStop (default: "")
sound to play when doors stop, full filename required

g_DoorSoundsType (default: 0) [0-5] (the 2 other door sound commands override this one)
0 = standard door sounds
1 = TOS doors sounds
2 = Delta doors
3 = Klingon doors
4 = Grate doors
5 = Jeffries tube door

g_PlatSoundsStart (default: "")
sound to play when platforms start moving, full filename required

g_DropHealth (default: 0) [0-1] ( see g_DropTypeArmour and g_DropTypeHealth )
0 = normal gameplay, 1 = hypos and armour are dropped by a player when killed

g_DropHoldables (default: 1) [0-1]
0 = normal gameplay, 1 = players drop holdables when killed

g_DropPowerUps (default: 1) [0-1]
0 = don't drop powerups when killed, 1 = normal gameplay

g_DropTypeArmour (default: 0) [0-2]

g_DropTypeHealth (default: 0) [0-1]

g_DropWeapons (default: 1) [0-1]
0 = don't drop weapons when killed, 1 = normal gameplay
g_EditExtension and g_EditMode
this mod has a map editor built in to it, you can change, add or remove any item
g_EditExtension (default: 0)
name added to load other edit files, ie. g_EditExtension "1" will load ctf_voy2-1.add

g_EditMode (default: 1) [0-1]
0 = normal gameplay, 1 = enable the mods map editor

Files in the "ama" folder add items to a map without the need to recompile them.

g_EditMode = 0 : disable the editor
g_EditMode = 1 : enable the editor (default)

g_EditExtension
name given to alternate edit files, ie. set g_EditExtension "1", this will load the file with "1" after the map name.
For the map ctf_voy2, it would load "ctf_voy2-1.add" instead of "ctf_voy2-0.add"

mapname.add: this file contains the entites to add.
mapname.del: this file contains entities to delete.
mapname.rem: this file contains the value of an entity to delete, not the entire entity.

Adding: (mapname-[ext#].add)

This is how you add items to a map. Same options as used in Radiant.

NOTE: Don't use "misc_model" as a classname, use "misc_addmodel".

Deleting: (mapname-[ext#].del)

You need the "origin" value to remove an item.
Load the maps BSP into a text editor and find its origin value, add this to the "mapname.del" file.
If you dont know what a "BSP" is, or "origin value", dont bother trying this.

Removing: (mapname-[ext#].rem)

You only need the value of a key to remove it from the entity.
Mostly for using SP maps.

To make the airlock doors open when walked into in the SP map "Forge5",
you need to delete the key/value - "targetname" "airlockdoor1".
You'd enter "airlockdoor1" in the "forge5.rem" file.

If you have the full client/server version, enter "cg_drawPosition 1" in the console,
this will display the x, y, z and angle co-ordinates.
Or if you have the server only version, enter "/where" in the console, this only shows x,y and z.


g_HealthRegen (default: 0) [0-1]

g_HealthRespawn (default: 30)
time in seconds until health respawns on a map after being picked up

g_HoldableRespawn (default: 60)
time in seconds until holdables respawn on a map after being picked up

time in seconds a player can carry the flag before it returns to base (min 20, lower = off)

g_ImpactDeath (default: 0) [0-1]
0 = normal gameplay, 1 = players die on impact when they fall from great heights

g_InfiniteAmmo (default: 0) [0-1]
0 = normal gameplay, 1 = weapons don't use up ammo

g_PhotonSpeedAlt (default: 550)
speed alt fire photons will fly at

g_PhotonSpeedMain (default: 1100)
speed main fire photons will fly at

g_PhotonType (default: 0) [0-2]
0 = normal photons, 1 = main fire photons bounce, 2 = control main fire photons direction after firing
g_PowerUp[various]
g_PowerUpDelay (default: 0)
time in seconds that powerups take to appear after loading a map (0 = normal)

g_PowerUpFlightAmmo (default: 0) [0-1]
0 = normal gameplay, 1 = the flight powerup also regenerates ammo

g_PowerUpHasteAmmo (default: 0) [0-1]
0 = normal gameplay, 1 = the haste powerup also regenerates ammo

set to 0 to disable this command
players can always go to spectator then rejoin in the start arena


g_SeekerFire (default: 0) [0-3]
0 = normal gameplay
1 = fires tetryon
2 = fires photon (main)
3 = fires photon (alt)

g_SeekerRange (default: 750)
range the seeker will begin firing on a target

g_SelfDamage (default: 1) [0-1]
0 = no damage from your own weapons, 1 = normal gameplay

g_ServerMaps (default: "")

g_ShieldDamage (default: 1) [0/1+]
0 = no damage from shields, 1+ = shields take this much health from you when you touch them

g_ShieldsStayUp (default: 0) [0-1]
0 = normal gameplay, 1 = shields have to be shot down

g_ShieldStrength (default: 250)
strength of the shields, how long until they drop (higher = longer, lower = quicker)

g_ShotSpeed (default: 100)
lower number means faster firing rate, higher equals slower

g_StartHoldables (default: 0) [0-5] (holdable items players can spawn with, can only have one of them)
0 = normal gameplay
1 = transporter
2 = medkit
3 = detpack
4 = shield
5 = decoy

g_StartPowerUps (default: 0) [0/63] (add up the ones you want players spawning with)

time in seconds until the console commands "/giveflag" and "/takeflag" can be used again

RCon Commands:

kickbots
kicks all bots from the server

msgall [message]
prints an on-screen message to all players

msgclient [clientnumber] [message]
prints an on-screen message to the selected player

change the server/gameplay settings
weaponsmode = w0-w8 (the value of g_WeaponsMode)

Console Commands:

arena
Tells you what arena you are in [RA3 maps].

changearena
Takes you back to the start area [RA3 maps].

Notes:

dmflags 1 : disable door sounds
dmflags 2 : disable platform sounds
dmflags 4 : disable button sounds
dmflags 8 : disable falling damage
dmflags 16 : fix players FOV to default value
dmflags 32 : disable players footstep sounds
dmflags 64 : allow SP maps to be voted for
dmflags 128 : disable suicides
dmflags 256 : play continues after the timelimit until a team leads in CTF
dmflags 512 : use a maps default respawn times for items
Specialties, Assimilation, Elimination and Action Hero game mods have been removed
Hypo, Borg Weapon and Assimilator have been removed
Lowering g_intermissionTime will reduce the pause at intermission, server waits 10 secs plus
